In addition to the permanent staff of the CEJ, students from the nearby town of Sucre and volunteers from all over the world enrich the project with their own ideas and support us in their daily work.
Many of the international helpers and visitors help within the philosophy of Work & Travel for shorter periods of time. The (one-year) volunteers from Germany are there as part of a volunteer program partially financed by the Federal Government of Germany.
